影响高血压患者服药依从性相关因素的临床研究

目的：探讨影响高血压患者服药依从性的相关因素.方法： 回顾性分析500例高血压病服药情况,比较服药依从性差与服药依从性好的两组患者在性别构成、平均年龄、经济状况、家庭及社会支持、对高血压知识的掌握程度、担心药物不良反应等方面上的差异.结果： 服药依从性好170例,为38.0%,服药依从性差占62.0%.影响依从性因素：平均年龄大、经济收入少、缺乏家庭及社会支持、对高血压知识的掌握程度差、担心药物不良反应,与性别构成无关.结论： 高血压病患者药物治疗依从性较差,影响因素较多,应针对上述因素实施相应的对策以提高其药物依从性.

Methods：Reviews the analysis 500 example hypertension sickness to take medicine the situation, compared with takes medicine the compliance difference and takes medicine the compliance good two group of patients in the sex cnnstitution,the average age,the financial circumstance,the family and the society supports,to hypertension knowledge grasping degree, the worry medicine responds and so on in the aspect differences not good. Results： Takes medicine the compliance good 17（ examples,is 38.0% ,takes medicine the compliance difference to account for 62.0%. Influence compliance factor： The average age great, the income few, the deficient families and the society support, to hypertension knowledge grasping degree difference, the worry medicine responded not good that, has nothing to do with with the sex constitution. Conclusion： Hypertersion sickness patient medicine treatment compliance is bad, affects the factor to be many, should aim at the above factor implementation corresponding countermeasure to enhance its medicine compliance.
