急性结石性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床体会

目的：探讨急性结石性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除（LC）的相关问题.方法： 应用腹腔镜对42例急性结石件胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术.结果： 42例中有3例中转开腹,LC成功率92.9%,中转开腹率7.1%,无严重并发症发生,痊愈出院,疗效满意.结论： 急性结石性胆囊炎在急性炎症期行腹腔镜切除术,是可行的,安全的.
