摘    要:在日益追求护理工作科学系统化的今天,护理管理已走上强调人性化管理的理念,沟通显得尤为重要.护理管理者若能巧妙的运用沟通技巧,获得上级的信任,患者的赞誉,达到预定的目标,更是提高良好的护理品质的保证.身处青海高原,护理工作当中会遇到很多特殊的情形.因此,建设性的沟通技巧是护理管理者应具备的必要沟通条件.

Abstract:Is pursuing nursing work science systematization day by day today, the nursing management has stepped onto the emphasis user friendly management the idea,the communication appears importantly especially. Nurses the superintendent if can the ingenious utilization communication skill,obtain higher authority's trust, patient's praise, achieved the predetermined Objective:, is enhances the good nursing quality the guarantee. Places the Qinghai plateau,middle the nursing work can meet very many special situations. Therefore,the constructive communication skill is nurses the essential communication condition which the superintendent should have.
