摘    要:目的:探讨康复护理学教学中应用案例教学法对培养学生学习兴趣、发挥主观能动性、提高综合能力的影响.方法:570名护理专业学生分为传统教学组(232名)和案例式教学组(238名),进行康复护理基础知识及护理技术的教学,最后对8项指标进行评定.结果:案例式教学组在基础知识掌握、理论与实践相结合方面与传统教学组无显著差异,而在学习兴趣、发挥主观能动性、自学能力、分析归纳能力、创造思维能力、综合能力方面与传统教学组有显著性差异.结论:在康复护理教学中,案例教学法在培养学生学习兴趣、发挥主观能动性、提高综合能力等方面优于传统教学法.

Abstract:Objective: Discusses in the recovery nursing teaching the application case teaching method to train the student to study the interest, the display subjective initiative, sharpens the synthesizing capacity the influence. Methods:570 nursing specialized students divide into the traditional teaching group (232) and the case type teaching group (238), carries on the recovery nursing elementary knowledge and the nursing technology teaching,finally carries on the evaluation to 8 targets. Results:The case type teaching group in elementary knowledge grasping,the theory and the practice unifies the aspect and the traditional teaching group not remarkable difference, but in the study interest, the display subjective initiative, studies independently ability, analysis induction ability, the creation power of thought, the synthesizing capacity aspect and the traditional teaching group has the significance difference. Conclusion. In the recovery nursing teaching, the case teaching method is training the student to study the interest, the display subjective initiative, enhances aspects and so on synthesizing capacity to surpass the traditional teaching method.
