关于MSCT三维重建诊断乳腺癌的研究

目的：探讨乳腺癌在MSCT俯卧位三维重建下的CT表现,评价其诊断价值.方法：对38例CT诊断为乳腺癌的病人进行CT表现与手术病理结果：进行分析比较,其中37例经病理证实,另1例经临床随访证实.结果：（1）CT诊断率38例乳腺癌CT诊断正确37例,诊断率为97.3%,1例随诊.（2）乳腺癌的主要CT特征为：①肿块边缘不规整,有分叶和毛刺;②强化后CT值平均升高44Hu以上,无包膜;③肿块内有沙砾状钙化;④腋窝淋巴结境界欠光整,可有融合,呈＂串珠状＂改变;⑤肿块侵犯胸壁等.结论：CT是鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块的一种重要方法,并能发现临床扪诊阴性的乳腺病变,为乳腺癌术前分期及手术方式选择具有重要价值.

Conclusion：CT is distinguishes the mammary gland good malignant turnout one important method,and can discover the clinical palpation negative mammary gland pathological change,by stages and the surgery way choice has thc important value for breast cancer technique in front of.
