197例院前急救急性心肌梗死患者临床资料分析

目的：分析心肌梗死患者年龄性别特点、季节分布特征及首发症状等资料,以总结出有利于急性心肌梗死患者院前急救措施开展的经验.方法：回顾性分析197例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,分析其年龄、性别、发病月份分布以及症状等特点.结果：197例急性心肌梗死患者中男性142例,女性55例,男性：女性=2.58：1;患病高峰年龄50～69岁,达58.89%;在39岁以下人群中,AMI发病者均为男性;50～59岁人群中,男/女发病率构成比基本持平,而在60～69岁人群中,女性发病率构成比明显高于男性（女性：38.18%,男性：29.58%）.为当年11月～来年1月是AMI发病高峰时间段,占45.69%.以疼痛为首发症状的AMI患者占39.09%,疼痛是青壮年AMI首发症状.结论：AMI在青壮年男性及老年人群中均有发病,冬春季是发病高峰,可表现为不典型胸痛或无特征性表现.院前急救人员应快速反应,及时判断,正确救治,安全转运,减少AMI死亡率.

For the same year November ~ next year January will be the AMI morbidity rush hours section,accounted for 45.69%. Accounts for 39.09% take the ache as the first round symptom AMI patient,the ache is the young adults AMI first round symptom. Conclusion： AMI has the morbidity in the young adults male and the old age crowd, the winter spring is the morbidity peak, may display for the atypical chest pain or the non--characteristic value performance. In front of the courtyard the first--aid personnel should the rapid reaction, the prompt judgment,treat and cure correctly, the safe transportation, reduces the AMI mortality rate.
