米索前列醇在早期妊娠人工流产术中的应用

摘    要:目的:观察米索前列醇在早期妊娠人工流产术前应用的临床效果。方法:于人流术前阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇600big行药物扩宫,放药后3~5h作吸宫人流术51例,与对照组50例条件相同而术前未用药者进行比较分析。结果:实验组人流时宫颈变软,松弛可入6~7.5号宫颈扩张器者43例,总有效率84.31%;对照组人流时宫颈变软,松弛可入6~7.5号宫颈扩张器者19例,总有效率38%,两组经X2检验,P〈0.01。结论:阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇可使宫颈变软,宫口松驰,是一种有助人流术的简便、安全、有效的药物扩宫法。

Abstract:Objectve .. Observation rice rope front row mellowly in front of early pregnancy induced abortion technique application clinical effect. Methods.. After stream of people technique vagina dome laying aside rice rope front row mellow 600? g line of medicines expand the palace,puts medicine latter 3-5 h to do attracts the palace stream of people technique 51 examples,but same in front of the technique the medication has not carried on the comparative analysis with the control group 50 example conditions. Resuits:When experimental group stream of people the cervix of the uterus changes soft, the relaxation may enter 6 - 7.5 cervix of the uterus spreader 43 examples,total effectiveness 84.31%;When control group stream of people the cervix of the uterus changes soft, the relaxation may enter 6-7.5 cervix of the uterus spreader 19 examples, total effectiveness 38%, two groups after X examination,P〈0.01. Conclusion:After the vagina the dome laying aside rice rope front row mellow may cause the cervix of the uterus to change soft, the palace mouth is loose, is one kind is helpful the stream of people technique easily, safe, the effective medicine to expand the palace method.
