目的：探讨不同时机腹腔镜手术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的临床疗效.方法：72例急性胆囊炎患者按照手术时患者的发病时间分为2组,治疗组32例起病72h以内行腹腔镜胆囊切除术;对照组32例起病72h后行腹腔镜胆囊切除术.结果：治疗组患者的手术的平均时间短,而且术后的并发症少.同时治疗组的术后疼痛时间、术后肛门排气时间也比对照组短.结论：在急性胆囊炎起病72h以内,胆囊炎症粘连和坏疽出现前行腹腔镜是安全有效的.
