肺结核合并糖尿病248例临床护理

目的：分析研究肺结核合并糖尿病的临床护理方法,提高护理疗效.方法：将248例肺结核合并糖尿病患者分为胰岛素治疗组和口服降糖药组,并进行常规治疗分析.结果： 患者的空腹血糖〈11.1mmol/L者166例,痰菌阴转60例,20例咯血患者,患者均未发生严重感染及窒息症状,死亡2例,使用胰岛素治疗的患者比口服降糖药患者的血糖控制好.结论：对患者进行常规护理,并做好心理护理和、饮食护理,合理使用药物,加强护理效果.
