整脊疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床观察

目的：观察整脊疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效.方法：对30例肱骨外上髁炎患者运用整脊手法的方法进行治疗,隔日治疗1次,以3次为一疗程,以1个疗程为观察周期,统计疗效.观察指标包括临床疗效、McGill量表测评及治疗过程中患者不适等记录.结果：30例患者,16例获得临床痊愈,11例好转,3例无效,总有效率达90.00%.患者治疗后的PRI感觉分、PRI情绪分、PRI总分、VAS和PPI治疗前后的积分差值比较,具有显着性差异（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.结论：采用整脊手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎,疗效确切,值得在临床上推广.

Conclusion ：Uses outside the entire keel technique treatment humerus the epicondylitis,the curative effect is accurate,is worth in on promoting clinically.
