老年血液透析患者在透析中发生低血压的原因分析及对策

目的：探讨维持性老年血液透析患者低血压发生的原因及对策.方法：对我院近二年来80例常规血液透析治疗患者资料进行分析.结果：低血压以透析2-3小时后发生率最高,主要以血浆在充盈率低,老年人外周阻力调节异常等常见因素.结论：透析过程中密切观察病情及时采取预防措施,可有效降低低血压的发生率.
