60例急性湿疹临床护理体会

湿疹（eczema）是一种常见的由多种内外因素引起的表皮及真皮浅层的炎症性皮肤病,也是一种过敏性炎症性皮肤病,主要表现为红斑水肿基础上的丘疹、丘疱疹、水疱、糜烂、渗出、结痂等,损害境界不清,严重时可泛发全身,瘙痒剧烈.此病约占皮肤科门诊病人的25%～35%,至今病因还不够明确.我院于2009年3月-2010年2月收治60例急性湿疹病人,在中医上称之为湿热浸淫证,通过医生的治疗和护士的精心护理取得了较满意的疗效.
