晚期产后出血预防及治疗5O例临床观察

目的：探讨晚期产后出血发生的预防及治疗措施.方法：针对2006年6月～2010年6月收治的50例晚期产后出血的临床表现及诊治情况进行回顾性分析.结果：主主要病因为胎盘胎膜和（或）蜕膜残留,其次依次为子宫内膜炎,子宫复旧不良,子宫切口、裂开.结论：术前积极纠正休克,输注新鲜血,术后应用抗菌药物以防感染扩散,选用抗生素时应做细菌培养与药敏试验,三联抗生素运用及注意按疗程治疗,50例均痊愈出院.
