可吸收内固定螺钉在非承重骨折部位的应用

随着社会的进步,科技的发展,越来越多的骨折病人需手术治疗,但传统的内固定手术均需二次取出内固定物.这在经济和肉体上给患者带来二次痛苦.随着可吸收内固定物的普及,我科从2006年9月-2008年10月,在各种非承载骨折部位的内固定中应用可吸收内固定螺钉（PDLLA）治疗36例.经临床随访疗效好,报告如下：
