300例2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平检测分析

目的：探讨2型糖尿病尿酸水平检测的临床意义.方法：随机选择2008年1月-2010年6月300例2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,另外选取我院健康体检人员200例作为对照组,两组研究对象均禁食12h以上,于次日晨抽取空腹静脉血,测定血尿酸、肌酐、总胆固醇、油三酯、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白.结果： 观察组尿酸平均水平（459.45±80.32）umol/L高于对照组（268.38±62.56）umol/L（P＜0.05）;300例观察组中高尿酸血症80例、尿酸正常220例.高尿酸血症与尿酸正常两组比较糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖无显著性差异均 （P＞0.05）,高尿酸血症组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、肌酐水平均高于尿酸正常组（P＜0.05）.结论：高尿酸血症在2型糖尿病患者中常见,予以高度重视,在积极降糖调脂的同时也要限制高蛋白、高嘌呤食物,控制血尿酸水平,对预防和降低糖尿病心脑血管并发症有重要意义.

The hyperuricaemia and the uric acid normal two groups compare the saeeharification hemoglobin, the empty stomach blood sugar non--significance difference （P〉0. 05）, the hyperuricaemia group total cholesterol, the triglyeeride,the myo-- bitter wine water are higher than the uric acid normal group equally （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Hyperuricaemia in 2 diabetics common, gives to take highly, while falls the sugar to adjust the fat positively also to have to limit the high protein, high purine food,controls hematuria acid water to be even,to prevents and reduces diabetes heart blood vessel of brain complication to have the vital significance.
