32例晚期产后出血患者临床分析

晚期产后出血即分娩24h后在产褥期内发生的大量腹腔与阴道出血,严重者危及产妇生命.多发生于产后1～2周,出血可表现为持续或间断,也可表现为一次急骤大量出血,如果抢救不及时,则可危及生命.我科2006年5月～2009年12月收治的32例晚期产后出血的资料进行回顾性分析,现报告如下.
