早期康复训练在脑卒中患者功能恢复中的应用价值分析

目的：探讨早期康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力（ADL）的临床疗效.方法： 选取我院康复科2003年5月～2009年2月收治的100例脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（40例）,对照组患者采取脑血管疾病的治疗方案给予常规药物治疗,康复组患者病情稳定后在常规药物治疗的基础上进行功能训练、针刺、物理因子等综合康复治疗.结果： 在治疗2个月之后,两组患者应用Fug-Meye运动功能评分系统与ADL评分系统进行评分,治疗组患者的恢复明显优于对照组,疗效显著,两组患者疗效差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）.结论：脑卒中偏瘫患者早期进行康复治疗,对于患者的运动功能和日常生活活动能力的恢复有显著的促进作用,值得在临床推广.

Objective：discussion early time recovery treatment to apoplexy hemiparalysis patient movement function and daily life energy （ADL） clinical curative effect. Methods： Selects 100 example apoplexy hemiparalysis patient＇s clinical material which my courtyard recovery branch in May, 2003 -2009 years in February admitted,divided into the treatment group stochastically （60 examples） and the control group （40 examples） ,the control group patients adopted the blood vessel of brain disease the treatment plan to give the conventional medicine treatment,after the recovery group patient condition stably carry on synthesis recovery treatments and so on function training,acupuncture,physical factor in the conventional medicine treatment foundation. Results： In treats for 2 months, two group of patients using the Fug--Meye movement function grading system and the ADL grading system carry on grading, the treatment group patient＇s restoration obviously surpass the control group,the curative effect are remarkable,two group of patient curative effect difference has statistics significance （p〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The apoplexy hemiparalysis patient early time carries on the recovery treatment, has the remarkable promoter action regarding patient＇s movement function and the daily life energy restoration, is worth in the clinical promotion.
