的：探讨吗啡持续皮下泵入对重度癌痛患者的临床疗效;方法：BD留置针腹部埋置,连接微量泵药管,吗啡匀速泵入。静脉吗啡初用每日量为原口服吗啡每日量的1,03,视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评价疗效;结果：吗啡平均初次剂量50mg（30～80mg）／24h．平均维持量80mg（60～120mg）／24h,疼痛缓解率,d160％,d2～d14均为90％,联合辅助用药后疼痛控制96吖．不良反应中腹胀或便秘170例,食纳下降101例,过度镇静、睡眠增多50例．恶心或呕吐22例、呼吸抑制2例、尿潴留2例;结论：晚期大量口服长效吗啡类药物疗效不佳的癌症患者,采用止痛泵持续泵入吗啡能取得较满意的疗效
