Gamma钉小切口闭合穿钉复位固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折40例体会

目的：总结我院Gamma钉小切口闭合穿钉复位固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的初步经验。方法：40例老年股骨粗隆间骨折均采用小切口闭合穿钉复位固定治疗。（EvansⅠ型21例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅲ型4例,Ⅳ型3例）。结果：经4～15个月随访,平均9个月,优良率94．8％,疗效满意。结论：使用Gamma钉小切口闭合穿钉复位固定手术,具有手术切口小（约2-3cm）,手术时间短（平均为50分钟）,出血少,平均为95ml。术后恢复快等优点。
