胸锁关节脱位不同内固定方法疗效比较

目的：探讨切开复位克氏针内固定，闭合复住经皮克氏针内固定，切开复位钢板内固定治疗胸锁关节脱位的安全性及疗效。方法：2006年1月至2010年8月治疗胸锁关节脱位患者20例，男17例，女3例；年龄19～45岁，平均28．8岁；右侧15例，左侧5例；受伤到治疗时间6h～12d，平均4．5d。分别采用切开复位克氏针内固定，闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定，切开复位钢板内固定治疗。按照Rockwood胸锁关节评分法对疗效进行评价，并观察并发症情况。结果：20例获得随访，时间3～13个月，平均6个月。结论：切开复位克氏针内固定治疗胸锁关节前脱位，操作简便、固定牢靠、并发症少，适用于绝大多数胸锁关节脱位，值得临床选择。
