小儿扁桃体肥大微创手术的围手术期护理

目的：探讨小儿扁桃体肥大围手术期护理的重要性.方法：对1999年10月～2007年12月收治的127例小儿扁桃体肥大患者,均采用低温等离子射频消融治疗,主要护理措施为：做好术前准备、个性化心理护理,保证手术顺利进行;向患儿家属讲明手术的必要性和射频消融手术的优越性;术后可能出现的并发症的观察及处理.结果： 113例患儿局麻下完成手术,配合良好,14例全麻下手术,均达到满意疗效.结论：个性化的围手术期护理能达到局麻下完成手术、减少手术风险,保证手术疗效的目的.
