剖宫产术后观察与护理体会

剖宫产是切开产妇的腹壁及子宫壁取出胎儿及附属物的方法,近年来剖宫产率在不断上升,围产儿死亡率明显降低.然而剖宫产毕竟是较大的手术,易发生并发症,威胁母婴的生命安全,因此,护理非常重要,而术后护理是减少并发症,降低护患纠纷尤为重要的一环.现将护理体会报告如下.

However splits the palace to produce is the big surgery after all, easy to have the complication, threatens maternal infant＇s safety, therefore, nursing is exremely important,after but the technique nursing reduces the complication,reduces protects a trouble dispute specially important link.
