临床使用无创呼吸机的健康教育体会

无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭在临床中给予广泛用,早期使用能阻止病情进展,缩短病程.我院呼吸科对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭给予常规抗感染、解痉平喘、呼吸兴奋剂,经鼻导管给氧治疗后,症状及血气分析改善不明显的患者,采用美国伟康BiPAP 呼吸机进行无创鼻罩正压通气治疗,针对心理问题采取有效的健康教育,使患者在无创通气治疗过程中减少或避免了不良反应的发生,提高上机的成功率,取得临床应用效果.
