额肌瓣悬吊治疗先天性重度上睑下垂的体会

目的：寻找一种简单有效的重度上睑下垂的矫正方法.方法： 本组25例患者,制作额肌瓣的时候,下端采用额肌及眼轮匝肌交界处的自然弧度,不做特殊修剪,直接予以悬吊.结果：25例患者32眼外形自然,矫正良好,术后随访半年,无复发,仅一例早期出现暴露性角膜炎,经治疗好转.结论： 额肌瓣下端采用与眼轮匝肌交界处的自然弧度进行上睑悬吊,方法简单,效果满意.
