CT扫描与X线平片对胸部创伤的诊断价值

目的：探讨CT扫描与X线平片对胸部创伤的诊断价值.方法：对本院145例胸部创伤患者的影像检查资料,以临床诊断和影像复查为金标准,对X线平片与CT对胸部创伤的诊断价值进行回顾性分析.结果：X线平片与螺旋CT作为两种影像学检查方法各有优势,X线平片对肋骨骨折的定性定量诊断准确性较高,CT对确定肺挫伤、胸椎骨折以及对胸腔积气和积血的诊断优越性更显著.结论：胸部创伤多为复合伤,需结合患者临床症状,科学运用X线平片和CT两种方法,有效降低漏诊率,为临床诊断提供准确的影像学依据.
