榆林市2009年布鲁氏菌病监测报告

目的：通过对我市实施连续十多年监测,掌握布病疫情动态.材料与方法：根据〈全国人间布鲁氏菌病监测方案〉、〈陕西省人间布鲁氏菌病监测工作实施方案〉开展监测,按照W S 269-2007 标准执行.结果与分析：2009年对全市12县区28392人监测.重点接触人群、疑似病例做个案调查、试管凝集试验检查4890人,阳性779人,阳性率15.93%,患病率2.71%.结论： 从2001年开始榆林市布鲁氏菌病疫情逐年上升,从结果提示榆林市布鲁氏菌病仍呈现高发大范围流行态势.应迅速采取果断措施,有效控制人、畜间布病流行与蔓延.
