高血压病的心电图表现

目的：观察高血压心电图V1、V5、V6导联T波及V1R、V5R与血压的关系.方法：对88例高血压患者与正常对照以及高血压患者之间心电图检查进行对比分析.结果：①指标：V6T/R〈1/10伴TV1/TV51在高血压组中占有量26.56%,正常对照组中占7.67%,高血压组显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）.在高血压组中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期中分别占有33%、5.13%和5.6%,Ⅰ期与Ⅱ、Ⅲ期比较有统计学意义.②Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压,V1S、V5R与缩压正相关,与舒张压无相关.结论： TV1/TV51伴V6T/R〈1/10可作为Ⅰ期高血压的判断指标之一.V1S、V5R可作为Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压收缩压增高的判断指标之一.
