流程再造在院前急救护理中的应用

目的：探讨我院急诊科实施流程再造前后院前急救阶段性急救护理模式,提高抢救成功率,缩短有效抢救时间,提高患者满意度.方法：对院前急救护理流程进行再造,采用全程护理服务流程,观察记录流程再造前后患者的抢救成功率、有效抢救时间及患者满意度.结果：流程再造后患者抢救成功率提高,有效抢救时间缩短.结论：院前急救流程再造后对患者进行全程护理服务,有效提高院前急救的抢救成功率,缩短有效抢救时间,提高患者满意度,降低医疗风险.

Methods： Administers first aid the nursing flow to the courtyard in front of to carry on the restoration,uses the entire journey nursing service flow,observes around the record flow restoration patient＇s rescue success ratio, the effective rescue time and the patient degree of satisfaction. Results：The flow restoration future trouble rescue success ratio enhances, rescues the time reduction effectively. Conclusion： In front of the courtyard administers first aid the flow restoration to carry on the entire journey nursing service to the patient, effectively proposes the rescue success ratio which in front of the high court administers first aid, reduces the effective rescue time, enhances the patient degree of satisfaction, reduces the medical risk.
