颈外留置针在ICU应用的护理体会

在我院外科ICU的临床护理工作中,面对的患者具有病情危重,意识不清,电解质紊乱,营养失调,手术后过渡期等特点.颈外留置针的应用利于患者的抢救工作,方便于输入刺激性大的液体,如脱水剂20%甘露醇,高浓度钾泵入,碳酸氢钠液;用于快速补液;还有静脉营养支持.采用颈外静脉留置针,快速的补充及纠正电解质紊乱,操作简捷,提高了抢救的成功率,减少了对病人的创伤.
