56例腹部闭合性损伤诊治体会

目的：为提高腹部闭合性损伤早期诊治水平,降低死亡率.方法：总结腹部闭合性损伤56例诊断、治疗及预后情况.结果：腹部单个脏器损伤39例,多脏器损伤17例.52例手术治疗、非手术治愈4例,死亡2例.死亡原因为复合伤、伤情重、就诊晚,感染中毒性休克、肾衰等合并症.结论：早期诊断依靠外伤史和腹部体征.诊断性腹穿阳性率高,B超、X检查有一定价值.及时手术可提高治愈率.
