不同术式阑尾切除术疗效时对比与分析

目的：比较不同手术方式行阑尾炎切除的治疗效果.方法：将治疗对象160例,按住院治疗的先后顺序分为腹腔镜阑尾切除术组（治疗组）和传统开腹阑尾切除术组（对照组）,各80例,观察比较两组手术时间、术后体温变化、应用止痛剂情况.结果： 治疗组手术时间平均52min,术后住院时间平均4.7d,术后体温正常者占41.7%,2d后体温正常者占86.1%,应用止痛剂19例（占23.75%）;对照组平均手术时间80.5min,术后住院时间平均11.2d,术后体温正常者占3.4%,2d后体温正常者占44.8%,应用止痛剂者69例（占86.25%）.结论： 腹腔镜阑尾切除术需要手术时间短,术后住院时间短,术后体温恢复正常快,疼痛程度轻.

Results：Treats group surgery time average 52min,after the technique in hospital time average 4.7d,after the technique the body temperature normalcy occupies 41.7%, 2d the body temperature normalcy to accouni for 86. 1 %, （accounts for 23.75 % ） using the mitigative 19 examples;Control group average surgery time 80.5min, after the technique in hospital time average 11.2d,after the technique the body temperature normalcy occupies 3.4% ,2d the body temperature normalcy to account for 44.8%, （accounts for 86.25 %） using the mitigative 69 examples. Conclusion：The peritoneoscope appendectomy needs the surgery time to be short, after the technique in hospital time is short, after the technique the body temperature restores normally quick,ache degree light.
