| 摘 要： | 对66例肺结核合并糖尿病患者的特点和护理进行总结.认为肺结核合并糖尿病的患者,痰菌阳性率高,抗结核治疗时间长,二重感染率高,药物副作用易出现,抗结核治疗效果取决于糖尿病的控制.提示在护理工作中,要重视患者的血糖检测,合理安排患者的饮食和运动;加强基础护理,预防继发感染;做好心理护理及用药护理.

Thought pulmonary tubercu- losis merge diabetes the patient, the phlegm fungus masculine gender rate is high, the anti--tuberculosis treatment time is long, the double infection percentage is high, the medicine side effect easy to appear, the anti--tuberculosis treatment result is decided by diabetes control. The prompt in the nursing work,must take patient＇s blood sugar examination,arranges patient＇s diet and the movcmenl reasonably; Enhancement foundation nursing, the prevention continues sends the infection; Completes psychological nursing and medication nursing. |
