血必净在儿科高热病人运用的疗效分析

目的：探索血必净儿科高热病人运用安全性及疗效.方法：对符合本研究标准的62例高热患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组32例,给予血必净加常规治疗.对照组30例,给予常规治疗.结果：两组病例,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,退热时间、住院时间、白细胞下降速度治疗组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：血必净在儿科高热病人运用安全有效,无副作用.

Objective： Explores the blood to have only the department of pediatrics high fever patient to utilize the security and the curative effect. Methods：To conforms to this research standard 62 example high fever trouble to divide into the treatment group and the control group stochastically. The treatment group 32 examples,give the blood to have only to add the conventional treatment. The control group 30 examples,give the conventional treatment. Results：Two groups of case of illness, the difference non--statistics significance （P〉0.05）, brings down a fever the time,in hospital time,the white blood cell rate of descent treatment group obviously is lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The blood must only utilize in the department of pediatrics high fever patient safely effective,does not have the side effect.
