MSCT多期增强扫描在急性胰腺炎中的临床应用价值——附46例分析

目的：探讨多期CT增强扫描技术及重建技术对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值.方法：回顾性分析急性胰腺炎在多期增强扫描中的CT影像表现,46例急性胰腺炎的患者均行CT多期增强薄层扫描并针对性进行重建.结果：急性水肿型胰腺炎32例,急性坏死型胰腺炎14例.46例急性胰腺炎出现不同程度的胰腺肿大、坏死和相应的胰外改变.按Balthazar分级,A级6例,B级12例,C级18例,D级6例,E级4例.结论：多期CT增强扫描及重建能清晰显示胰腺内外情况及有无并发症发生,对急性胰腺炎诊断、分型、治疗方案的制定和评估预后具有重要的临床价值.

According to Balthazar graduation, A level 6 examples, B level 12 examples, C level 18 examples, D level 6 examples,E level 4 examples. Conclusion：Whether there is does the multi--time CT enhancement scan and reconstructs can inside and outside the clear display pancreatic gland the situation and the complication occurrence, diagnoses to the acute pancreatitis, divides, the treatment plan formulation and the appraisal prognosis has the important clinical value.
