目的：观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇（以下简称米索）用于终止12～20周妊娠的临床效果.方法：米非司酮50mg,bid× 2d,总量200mg.第三日晨8点空腹口服米索600ug,以后每隔3h服600ug,最多三次,总量不超过1800ug,留站严密观察.结果：米非司酮配伍米索终止12～20周妊娠108例,成功率96.29%.结论：口服米非司酮配伍米索用于终止12～20周妊娠,安全有效,住院时间短,可接受性高.
