目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻腔疾病手术的围手术期护理效果.方法：分析2008年1月至2009年11月鼻内窥镜下鼻腔手术216例的围手术期护理.结果：经鼻内窥镜下鼻腔手术的 216例患者,术后无感染,无心理障碍,病变复发率较少,取得满意疗效.结论：鼻腔疾病的形式多样化且发病率较高,术前应完善各项准备措施以及做好心理护理.护理人员在围手术期间应细致观察和精心护理,使患者的疾患取得满意的治疗效果,康复出院.
