对重度颅脑外伤患者实施预防性呼吸道管理的体会

目的：重度颅脑外伤是神经外科最常见的急诊重病,易发生肺炎等并发症。探讨对重度颅脑外伤患者实施预防性呼吸道管理的护理方法,预防肺炎的发生。方法：回顾性总结对63例重度颅脑外伤的患者实施预防性呼吸道管理的体会。结果：全部患者中发生肺炎2例,脑疝形成致死亡6例,其余55例患者出院（其中治愈15例,好转40例）。结论：实施严格执行手卫生、强化呼吸道管理、限制性隔离保护等措施对预防肺炎发生具有重要意义。

For patients with severe craniocerebral trauma implement preventive airway management experience

Objective： Severe craniocerebral trauma is the most common neurological surgery vulnerable to the emergency, complications, such as pneumonia. Patients with severe craniocerebral trauma on the implementation of preventive airway management, prevent nursing methods of pneumonia. Methods：A retrospective summary of 63 cases of severe craniocerebral trauma patients implement preventive airway management experience. Results： All patients in 2 cases of pneumonia,cerebral hernia caused deaths in 6 ca ses, formed the 55 patients discharged 15 cases（ including cure, 40）. Conclusion： The implementation of strict hand hygiene, strengthening the management of respiratory tract,restrictive measures to prevent isolated protection has important significance to deeloplng pneumonia.
