双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄老年股骨颈骨折

摘    要:目的:探讨双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄移位型股骨颈骨折的临床疗效.方法:回顾性分析2004年1月至2009年12月58例70岁以上股骨颈骨折患者行双极人工股骨头置换术,观察术后髋关节功能恢复情况.结果:所有患者均在术后2~4周恢复行走能力,经过3~36个月随访并取得完整资料,髋关节功能按Harris评分优24例,良30例,可3例,差1例,优良率达93.1%.结论:双极人工股骨头置换术手术创伤较小,早期重建髋关节功能,术后早期下床活动,减少并发症,降低死亡率,是治疗高龄股骨颈骨折最适宜的方法.

Abstract:Objective: Discusses the double--pole artificial stock bone to replace the treatment advanced age shifting thighbone neck bone fracture the clinical curative effect. Methods:Reviews the analysis from January,2004 above 58 example 70 years old the thighbone neck bone fracture patient good double pole artificial stock hone to replace the technique to December, 2009, after the observation technique the eoxa function restores the situation. Results:All patients restore in the technique latter 2-4 weeks walk ability,passes through for 3--36 months to make a follow--up visit and to obtain the complete material,the coxa function grades the superior 24 examples according to Harris,good 30 examples,but 3 examples,the difference 1 example, fine rate reaches 93.1%. Conclusion: The double--pole artificial stock bone replaces the technique surgery wound to be small, the early reconstruction coxa function, after the technique the early time gets out of bed the activity, reduces the complication, reduces the'mortality rate,is treats the method which the advanced age thighbone neck bone fracture is suitable.
