静脉输液逆向穿刺临床应用体会

目的：提高静脉穿刺成功率和输注成功率,减轻患者痛苦,提高血管使用率.方法：根据血管条件选择5号半或7号半针,按常规准备液体,排气后备用,选择血管,常规消毒皮肤后,嘱患者半握拳,左手拇指绷紧静脉上端皮肤使血管固定,右手持针柄,逆血管方向,斜面朝上,使针尖与皮肤呈15°～20°角,在血管后0.5～1.0cm处进入皮肤,潜行至血管旁穿刺血管,这样即使血管短而弯曲,只要针尖的斜面进到血管就比较稳固,见回血后平行再送入少许,松开压脉带,打开调节器,点滴通畅后固定好针头.结果：、结论：逆向静脉穿刺输液较好地解决了操作者选择靠近关节静脉进针时的支点和角度,避免了因顺向静脉穿刺进针部位短,又可将针柄妥善固定手背、足背、踝部等,不会造成输液不畅,且患者活动时穿刺针也较少发生移位.

Results： Conclusion： The reversion venlpuncture infusion solved the operator to choose the nearness joint vein entered when the needle the pivot and the angle well, because avoided along entering the needle spot to the venipuncture to be short, also might the needle handle fixed hand back, the dorsum pedis, the malleolus department and so on, not be able to create properly the infusion to be impeded,also when patient activity the puncture needle also little had shifting.
