慢性心房纤颤患者口服华法林预防脑栓塞的临床观察

目的：探索华法林对于慢性心房纤颤患者抗凝治疗的安全性及疗效.方法：对符合本研究标准的50例慢性心房纤颤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组28例,给予华法林1.5-2.5mg/天开始,监测国际标准化比值（INR）,连续观察4周,目标INR2-3（年龄大于75岁的患者INR1.6-2.5）,后每月复查INR,根据INR结果调整华法林口服剂量.对照组22例,给予拜阿司匹林片100mg/天.门诊随访记录出血并发症和脑栓塞并发症.结果：两组出血并发症,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,脑栓塞发生率治疗组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：慢性心房纤颤的患者适量服用华法林抗凝治疗是安全有效.

Objective：Explores Hun Falin to tremble the patient regarding the chronic atrium filament to prevent clotting the treatment security and the curative effect. Methods：To conforms to this research standard 50 example chronic atrium filament to tremble the patient to divide into the treatment group and the control group stochastically. The treatment group 28 examples,give Hua Falin the 1.5--2.5mg/day start,monitor international standardization ratio （INR） ,observes 4 weeks continuously,goal INR2--3 （age is bigger than 75 year--old patient INR1.6--2.5）,the latter each month reexamines INR,adjusts Hua Falin according to the INR result to take orally the dosage. The control group 22 examples,give do obei- sance the aspirin piece 100rag/day. The outpatient service makes a follow--up visit the record hemorrhage complication and the cerebral embolism complication. Results：Two group of hemorrhage complications,the difference non--statistics significance （P〉0.05）, the cerebral embolism formation rate treatment group obviously is lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The chronic atrium filament trembles the patient right amount takes Hua Falin to prevent clotting the treatment is safe effective.
