高压氧对老年重型颅脑损伤的康复效果

目的：探讨高压氧对老年重型颅脑损伤的康复效果.方法：将58例老年重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为2组：①对照组（29例）行神经外科常规治疗;②高压氧治疗组（HBO,29例）,除与对照组相同治疗外,加用高压氧治疗3～5个疗程后进行 GCS评分.结果： 与对照组比较,HBO组患者治疗后GCS评分差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论： 高压氧是老年重型颅脑损伤较好的康复方法.

The effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment in rehabilitation of old patients with severe brain injury

Objective：To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment in rehabilitation of old patients with severe brain injury （sTBI）. Methods：58 old patients with severe brain iniury were randomly divided into 2 groups：controi gronp（CG, 29 cases） and hyperbaric oxygen group（HEO,20 cases）. CG received only routine treatment. And hyperbaric oxygen was applied to the cases of sTB1 in HBO by 3-5 treatment periods. Prognosis was evaluated with GCS before and after the treatment. Results Compared with CG,the GCS of HBO has significant differences（p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hyperbaric oxygen treatment was obviously effective in rehabilitation of old patients with sTBI.
