输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石的护理

目的：探讨输尿管镜钬激光泌尿系碎石术的术前、术后护理.方法：分析159 例泌尿系结石患者行钬激光碎石术的护理要点.结果：本组患者住院时间为5～8 d,平均7 d,输尿管上段结石排尽率为82.3 %,中段、下段结石排尽率为91.6 %,并发症发生率为16.9 %.结论：针对患者特点给予患者良好的术前宣教、密切的术后观察是手术成功的关键.
