儿童龋齿发病原因分析及防治措施

目的：探讨儿童龋齿发病原因及防治措施.方法：本文对216名幼儿园龋齿儿童进行了龋齿发病原因分析,并探讨其防治措施.结果：儿童患龋齿与常吃甜食、睡觉前是否刷牙及儿童年龄有密切的关系.常吃甜食、不坚持睡觉前刷牙及年龄较大者,其龋齿患病率与不吃或少吃甜食、坚持睡觉前刷牙或年龄较小者之间差异有显著性.结论：幼儿期要养成早晚刷牙及局部使用氟化物的习惯,少吃甜食,进食甜食后要漱口,进行定期的口腔检查,发现龋齿要及时治疗.只有做到早防早治,才能有效地控制儿童患龋率,提高儿童健康水平.

Conclusion：The infancy will have to foster sooner or later cleans the teeth and the partial use fluoride custom,little will eat the sweets,after the feed sweets must rinse mouth,carries on the regular oral cavity inspection,discovered the dental caries will have to treat promptly. Only then achieves guards against early governs early,can eontrol the child to contract the decayed tooth rate effectively,raises the child health level.
