Chiari畸形并脊髓空洞症的显微外科治疗

目的探讨 Chiari 畸形并脊髓空洞症显微外科治疗方法及效果.方法： 54例Chiari 畸形并脊髓空洞症患者均经MRI 确诊,采用寰枕减压并硬膜囊扩大重建术治疗.结果： 39 例患者术后临床症状有改善,15 例无变化.4 例出现颅内感染,治愈出院.42例患者术后MRI复查示下疝的小脑扁桃体回复,枕大池成形,脊髓空洞呈不同程度缩小.结论： 后颅窝减压术＋ 硬膜囊扩大重建术是 Chiari畸形并脊髓空洞症较为理想的一种术式.
