静滴甘露醇所致静脉炎的预防及护理探讨

20%甘露醇是一种强有力的高渗性脱水,降颅压,利尿药.是神经内科常用的治疗药物,在临床治疗中广泛应用,因其渗透性高加之使用中滴速快,易对血管造成损害且不易恢复,轻者可有局部酸、麻、肿、痛等刺激症状,重者可引起无菌性静脉炎,甚至发生不可逆性损伤.据文献报道,反复静脉滴注20%甘露醇,2d内静脉炎发生率为45.69%,2d后静脉炎发生率为100%,不仅增加了患者的痛苦,不仅增加了患者的痛苦,也增加了护理人员穿刺的难度,易造成护理纠纷.护理人员为了减轻病人的痛苦,促进疾病的恢复,预防并发症,对于静脉炎的预防和护理进行临床实践,现总结如下.
