微波热疗在结核性胸膜炎中的应用价值

目的：探讨微波热疗对结核性胸膜炎胸腔积液的应用价值. 方法：70例结核性胸膜炎胸腔积液患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组除加用微波治疗外,其余治疗同对照组,两组疗程为7-14d,观察其疗效.结果：治疗组显效26例（76.5%）,有效7例（20.6%）,无效1例（2.9%）;对照组显效14例（38.9%）,有效12例（33.3%）,无效10例（27.8%）,两组治疗结果经统计学处理,治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：微波热疗对结核性胸膜炎胸腔积液治疗有效.

Therapeutic Effects of Microwave on Tuberculosis Pleural Effusion

Objective： To study the application value of the microwave in the treatment of tuberculosis pleural effusion. Methods： 70 patients with tuberculosis pleural effusion were randomized into two groups：treatment group（n= 34）and control group（n= 36）. Treatment group were treated by the microwave, the other treatment was the same as the control group. Course of treatment was 10-- 14 days in two groups. After treatment, the clinical effects was observed. Results ： In treatment group, noticeable effective results were obtained in 26 cases （76.6 %）, effective results in 7eases （20.6%） ,ineffective results in 1 ease（2.9%） ;in the control group,noticeable effective results were obtained in 14 cases （38.9%）. effective results in 12 cases （33.3%）,ineffective results in 8 eases（27.8%）. There was significant difference in the total efficacy between treatment group and control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The microwave is effective in treatment of tuberculosis pleural effusion.
