导致肿瘤内科患者睡眠障碍的原因探讨及护理对策

目的：探讨影响肿瘤内科患者睡眠质量的原因及相关护理对策.方法：随机选择2009年1月-2010年6月肿瘤内科住院患者共200例,采用自行设计的问卷进行影响睡眠因素调查.结果：主管护士对入院3-5d的患者调查,共发放问卷200份,回收有效问卷195份（97.50%,197/200）;匹兹堡睡眠指数为4-19,平均（8.76±2.45）;PSQI总分＞7分共149例（74.50%,149/100）,影响149例患者睡眠的原因分别为：社会心理因素68例;生理病理因素42例、环境因素39例.结论：影响肿瘤内科患者睡眠质量原因较多,可以通过提供有效的心理干预、调节生活方式、提供良好的睡眠环境、合理使用镇静药物实施心理疏导改善睡眠质量.
