血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病57例疗效分析

目的：探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病的临床疗效.方法： 以57例冠心病患者为观察对象,用血府逐瘀汤加减进行治疗,以西药治疗的50例冠心病患者作为对照.结果： 血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病,显效率63.2%,总有效率93.0%,对照组显效率20.0%,总有效率72.0%.两组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病效果显著,治疗费用低,毒副作用少,值得临床推广和应用.

Objective：Discusses the blood government office to treat coronary disease by the stasis soup addition and subtraction the clinical curative effect. Methods ： Take 57 example coronary disease patient as the object of observation, carries on the treatment with the blood government office by the stasis soup addition and subtraction, takes the comparison by the western medicine treatment 50 example coronary disease patient. Results： The blood government office treats coronary disease by the stasis soup, reveals efficiency 63.20%, the total effectiveness 93.0 %,the control group reveals efficiency 20.0 %, total effectiveness 72.0 %. Two groups of differences have the significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The blood government office treats coronary disease effect by the stasis soup addition and subtraction to be remarkable,the treatment expense is low,the poisonous side effect are few, is worth the clinical promotion and the application.
