针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效分析

目的：探讨针灸治疗脑卒中的所致偏瘫的临床疗效.方法： 选取2007年12月至2009年6月收治的200例脑血管意外中风所致偏瘫的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例,治疗组采用针灸治疗,对照组采用常规的康复治疗,疗程一个月,比较两组患者的肢体痉挛状态（Ashworth量表）、运动能力（Fugl-Meye量表）和生活能力（Bathel指数）.结果： 两组经治疗后,Ashworth、Fugl-Meye、Bathel指数评分都显著改善,P〈0.05,但治疗组的效果要明显优于对照组,P〈0.05.结论： 针灸治疗可以极大改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能和生活能力,减轻致残率,提高患者的生活质量.

Methods：Selects from December, 2007 200 example blood vessel of brain accidental stroke result hemiparalysis patient who admits to June,2009,divides into the treatment group and the control group stochastically,each group of 100 examples,the treatment group uses the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,the control group uses conventional the recovery treatment,a treatment course month,compared with two group of patient＇s body convulsion conditions （Ashworth meter）, movement ability （Fugl--Meye meter） and viability （13athel index）. Results： Two groups after the treatment, Ashworth, Fugl--Meye, Bathel index grading all obviously improve,P〈0.05, but the treatment group＇s effect must surpass the control group obviously, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment may enormously improve the apoplexy hemiparalysis patient＇s body function and viability,reduces cripples rate,improves patient＇s quality of life.
