浅谈现阶段卫生行政执法面临的问题及对策

卫生行政执法在在卫生监督改革之后接近十年的时间里有了长足进步,当前,卫生行政执法仍然面临较多机遇,也面临较大挑战,从制度上、法制上、卫生行政执法队伍的管理上、以及执法行为的执行上都有着不同程度的问题,因此本文从原因上提出针对以上问题的对策,从执法队伍的建设上,从制度个法规的确立上等方面进行了分析．探讨提高卫生行政执法效率的方法。
